About the Conference

The International Conference on Smart Management, Green Technologies, and Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (AAU’2026) comes at a time when universities, businesses, and governments are seeking new ways to work together toward a more sustainable and innovative future. Organized by Al Ain University in collaboration with the EuroMid Academy of Business & Technology, London and Istanbul, and strongly aligned with UAE Vision 2030 and the UAE Centennial 2071.

The conference seeks to bring together a melting pot of researchers, industrial stakeholders, policymakers, and young entrepreneurs under one roof to discuss various ideas, share experiences, and explore practical solutions to problems in today’s world. The combination of smart management practices, environmental technologies, and vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystems reflects the reality that none of these areas can succeed alone; each depends on the other.

Technology-in particular, smart and green technologies-now form the core of sustainable development. Be it in the form of artificial intelligence, which helps companies to make better decisions, renewable energy systems, which minimize environmental impact, or digital platforms, which support new startups, technology has become a major driver for change. One of the major tasks of this conference is, therefore, to show how these technologies can better serve businesses and society. The researchers will present their new findings; practitioners will share the challenges they experience in trying to apply such novelties in operational practice. It is just this blend of theoretical and practical insights that we see as especially valuable.

Entrepreneurship also contributes to deciding how the future economy will look and feel. Such a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem does not happen overnight; it calls for supportive regulations, access to finance, education, mentoring, and a culture that fosters risk-taking. This event offers a forum for discussing how countries and universities can build such ecosystems and how startups can contribute to sustainability rather than work against it. Small mistakes, failed experiments, and unexpected outcomes are part of learning from experience, and this conference encourages this line of thought by embracing frank and open discussions.

Conference Objectives:

  1. Provide a dedicated scientific platform for researchers, practitioners, and students to discuss emerging trends, share findings, and explore innovative solutions related to the conference themes.
  2. Strengthen the link between academia and industry by promoting research that addresses real-world challenges and supports sustainable economic and technological development.
  • Enhance international networking among researchers, experts, and institutions, fostering long-term collaborations and cross-border research partnerships.
  1. Promote the exchange of best practices in sustainable management, digital transformation, and entrepreneurial development.
  2. Encourage interdisciplinary dialogue to integrate management, technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in a unified framework.
  3. Support the UAE’s national visions (Vision 2030 and Vision 2071) by promoting innovation, sustainability, and knowledge-based economic growth through academic and professional cooperation.
